What You'll Do:
- Prepare and cook a variety of foods according to menus and dietary requirements
- Operate kitchen equipment and maintain cleanliness and sanitation
- Assist with food storage, inventory, and support special functions
- Collaborate with the dining team to ensure quality and customer service
- Adapt to changing needs and maintain a safe, efficient kitchen environment
What You'll Need:
- 3-5 years of culinary experience in fine dining, private restaurants or country clubs, or upscale hospitality settings—culinary school training may be considered as part of the experience (required)
- High school graduate or equivalent (required)
- Must be 18 years or older to operate potentially hazardous equipment (required)
- Proven expertise in fine dining standards and advanced culinary techniques
