  • Welcome customers and create a friendly, low-pressure environment
  • Learn customer needs and lifestyles to recommend the right Subaru model
  • Educate customers on Subaru safety, AWD capability, reliability, and technology
  • Conduct test drives and explain features clearly and confidently
  • Follow Subaru and dealership sales processes with honesty and transparency
  • Work with management to structure deals and complete paperwork accurately
  • Maintain detailed customer information and follow-up in the CRM
  • Deliver a professional, respectful, and customer-first experience
  • Support Subaru’s reputation for trust, safety, and long-term ownership

  • Proactively follow up with leads via phone, text, and email
  • Set and confirm quality appointments that show and close

Qualifications & Skills
