Bettinardi Golf makes the finest putters in golf, in our own state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Tinley Park, Illinois. Our putters are used by some of the best golfers in the world, amateur standouts, all the way down to your average weekend warrior. We are seeking self-motivated, sales-minded, driven individuals who want to thrive in the golf industry and seek career growth opportunities aligned in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Work one-on-one with the customer in Studio B to ensure a positive putter fitting experience.
• Ensure each customer receives exceptional service by finding the right putter.
• Use V1 Fitting software to analyze each customer’s putting stroke.
• Demonstrate knowledge of all Bettinardi equipment including putters, wedges, accessories, and more.
• Ability to repair, and adjust lie and loft angle.
• Assist with the sales process from start to finish from the time the customer walks in, and following-up with the customer after the sale.
• Assist customers on the main retail floor with any questions or requests during their visit.

• Knowledge of fitting/Club Fitting experience
• Experience in a sales position.

• Passionate about golf and desire to establish career in the golf equipment industry
