Service Advisor
This role requires a Service/Advisor at Gallery Ford of Pekin LLC in Pekin, IL. The responsibilities include basics Service Advisor tasks, along with calling previous day repairs to follow up on the quality of service. Additional duties involve scheduling special order parts, recalls, setting up pick-up and deliveries, and mobile service. This role requires multitasking and scheduling according to shop capacity.
