Compensation: $70,000 – $85,000 Base + Performance Bonus (Up to 30%)

We are seeking a high-caliber General Manager to lead daily operations for our high-volume concepts. This role is designed for a leader who balances "big picture" financial strategy with the "boots-on-the-ground" grit required to maintain a culture of excellence.

As the General Manager, you will be the heartbeat of the operation, overseeing both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH). You aren't just managing shifts; you are mentoring leaders, optimizing P&Ls, and ensuring every guest experience aligns with our high standards.

• Operational Excellence: Oversee all daily functions, ensuring seamless coordination between kitchen and service teams.
• Team Leadership: Drive recruitment, onboarding, and continuous training. You are responsible for inspiring a culture of accountability and professional growth.
• Strategic Scheduling: Manage labor targets and schedules to align with net revenue goals without compromising service quality.
• Financial Stewardship: Oversee weekly inventory, vendor relationships, and procurement to ensure competitive pricing and minimal waste.
