Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist/Operator to join our team. Our company is a manufacturer of architectural metal products, utilizing state-of-the-art technology for efficient production.

In addition to CNC Operation and general Material Handling , duties may include assisting in inventory management, quality control, local transportation of materials, and other tasks as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Learning and operating CNC Machinery (steel laser cutting, automatic band saw, collaborative robot, etc.)
• Receiving, counting, labeling, and sorting materials--including hardware (screws/bolts) and larger manufacturing materials (steel tube/plate)
• Follow procedural checklists for packaging customer shipments, local material pickups/deliveries, etc. Including photo documentation
• Provide additional verification of product accuracy against shop drawings
• Safely operate a forklift and company vehicles
• Perform some lifting as required
• Assist in loading and unloading shipments, maintaining an organized work area
• Clearly label all incoming and outgoing items/materials

Skills

• Required previous experience operating CNC Machinery
• Required experience operating a forklift
• Required basic shop/mechanical knowledge
• Required ability to read manufacturing shop drawings (blueprints) required
• Preferred CLASS C (non-CDL) drivers license and safe record
• Ability to work both with others and self-directed
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks, with flexibility to adapt as needed

Work Environment, Hours & Benefits

• Small business environment, team-oriented
• Day Shift: Monday-Thursday 7AM-4PM, Friday 7AM-1PM
• Occasional overtime opportunities available

• Starting pay range $22-$26/hour based on skills and experience
