Our paid summer internship offers students and recent grads a hands-on experience across our core disciplines. This isn’t busywork — you’ll contribute to client initiatives, internal projects, and team collaboration while learning alongside some of the most curious minds in the industry.
What You’ll Do – What You’ll Do – Customer Success Intern
You’ll join our Customer Success team to understand how we support product users and drive long-term client relationships. This track is ideal for detail-oriented, people-focused communicators who want to support adoption and retention.
Key responsibilities may include:
- Capturing user feedback to identify pain points
- Helping create or update FAQs, knowledge bases, and tutorials
- Supporting usage analysis and churn risk identification
- Assisting with client renewals and upsell messaging
- Collaborating with Product and Support to improve the customer experience
You’ll work closely with the Customer Success team and help bridge the gap between users and product enhancements.
What We’re Looking For
- Passion for helping people succeed and thrive with a product
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Organized and proactive — you like solving problems before they happen
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Available to work 15–25 hours/week from June through August
- Must be based in Illinois and able to work in-person from our Chicago office at least 2 days per week
What You’ll Gain

Hourly rate: $15
Location: Chicago, IL | Hybrid (in-office required 2x/week)
Duration: June–August | 15–25 hrs/week | Paid
