Job Summary

The Concessions Inventory Cashier for Beer Vending is responsible for managing and distributing beer inventory from within the designated inventory room. This role ensures that beer vendors receive the necessary stock efficiently while maintaining accurate inventory records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Distribute beer inventory to beer vendors as they check in for stock.
• Accurately track and record inventory transactions to maintain stock levels.
• Ensure inventory is stored, handled, and rotated properly according to Levy safety and compliance standards.
• Communicate with supervisors regarding inventory needs and restocking requirements.
• Assist in pre-event and post-event inventory counts for reconciliation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the inventory room.
• Follow all alcohol handling and Levy safety policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support inventory operations.

Qualifications:

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Ability to lift and move beer cases (up to 50 lbs).
• Previous inventory, warehouse, or concessions experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory tracking.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules.
