Project Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Project Management experience (3+ years)
- Utility experience (Electric, Gas, or Water) or Civil construction experience or Engineering experience directly working on Utility installation/relocation projects
- Experience reviewing Contract Proposals/Bids
- Experience with preparing project’s Financial Forecasts (e.g. Monthly Cash Flows)
- Utility Relocation experience is highly preferred (with a Utility, Construction, or Engineering firm)
- a PMP certification or PE license is valuable, but none are required for this role
Skills:
- Project Management
- Reading/Interpreting Civil construction plans
- Financial Forecasting (Monthly Cash Flows) of projects
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's.
