Your Responsibilities:
As an Assistant Manager, you’ll help keep the site operating smoothly and inspire your team to perform with excellence.

You will:

• Support the Site Manager in every aspect of daily operations.
• Lead shifts, guide team members, and keep communication clear and steady throughout the day.
• Train and mentor employees to deliver exceptional service and represent the brand with confidence.
• Oversee opening/closing duties, deposits, and operational checklists.
• Strengthen a service-focused, sales-minded culture that drives membership success.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized site environment.
