Your Responsibilities:
As an Assistant Manager, you’ll help ensure smooth daily operations and guide your team to perform at their best. You will:

• Assist the Site Manager with all operational responsibilities.
• Oversee shifts, direct team members, and keep communication clear and steady.
• Coach and train employees to deliver excellent service and uphold the Sparkle brand.
• Complete opening/closing routines, deposits, and daily checklists.
• Support a customer-focused, sales-driven culture that strengthens membership results.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient site environment.

Compensation & Perks:

• $18.00–$19.00/hr.
