Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Deliver and set up cataract equipment and supplies.

• Troubleshoot and operate equipment in surgery. Must be able to work well under pressure.

• Provide Vantage services with excellence.

• Track and report the surgical cases and supplies used. Attention to detail and effective communication is essential in this role.

• Ensure your vehicle and company resources are maintained with assistance of the Fleet Administrator.

• Learn, observe, and remain in compliance with all sterility, facility, and OR protocol.

• Represent Vantage and serve as a customer service liaison.

• Continuously learn, train, and improve throughout your career.

• Experience in Ophthalmology a plus but not required.
