Account Executive - Outbound

- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and engage healthcare prospects via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Prospect Qualification: Discover client pain points and present tailored compliance solutions.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Build and nurture relationships throughout the full sales cycle.
- Solution Selling: Deliver compelling demos that align with client needs.
- CRM Tracking: Leverage Salesforce, HubSpot, and outreach tools to manage activity and performance.
- Closing Deals: Handle objections with confidence and secure new business.
- Account Growth: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand client value.
- Market Awareness: Stay informed on industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with onboarding and client success teams to ensure smooth transitions.
- 5+ years of successful B2B outbound or inside sales experience.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
- Experience selling to healthcare or multi-location clients (preferred).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Office, and outreach tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Earning Potential: Competitive base + uncapped commission. OTE: $75K–$100K+ annually. Your success directly impacts your income!
