What You'll Do:
- Support daily operations of the Health Center by providing administrative assistance to Nursing Leadership
- Coordinate admissions, verify insurance, and assist with payroll
- Order and manage medical supplies, maintain staff and resident records
- Support regulatory reporting and manage office communications
- Coordinate with healthcare vendors and assist with electronic health record documentation
What You'll Need:
- 1-3 years experience in an office medical facility such as hospital or long-term care (required)
- Strong interpersonal skills with proven verbal and written communication (required)
- Must be 18 years of age or older (required)
