What You'll Do:

• Support daily operations of the Health Center by providing administrative assistance to Nursing Leadership
• Coordinate admissions, verify insurance, and assist with payroll
• Order and manage medical supplies, maintain staff and resident records
• Support regulatory reporting and manage office communications
• Coordinate with healthcare vendors and assist with electronic health record documentation

What You'll Need:

• 1-3 years experience in an office medical facility such as hospital or long-term care (required)
• Strong interpersonal skills with proven verbal and written communication (required)
• Must be 18 years of age or older (required)
