HELP WANTED: ROOFING LEADMAN

Location: Belvidere, IL – with travel as required

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 5:00 AM – 6:00 PM | 2 Saturdays/month

Reports To: Roofing Foreman

Are you an experienced roofer ready to lead and grow with a reputable historic restoration company? Renaissance Historic Exteriors is hiring a Roofing Leadman to assist our Foreman in running high-level roofing projects from start to finish.

We specialize in tile, slate, and custom sheet metal roofing. If you’re ready to take the next step in your roofing career — we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and motivate crew members while promoting jobsite safety.
• Oversee roofing project flow and ensure top-quality workmanship.
• Help train newer crew members in tile, slate, and sheet metal techniques.
• Take charge when the Foreman is off-site.
• Keep equipment clean, safe, and ready to roll.
• Monitor daily material needs and maintain jobsite order.

What You Need:

• Solid roofing experience (tile/slate/sheet metal is a plus).
• Ability to work safely at heights and in all weather conditions.
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel and work out of town.
• Coachable attitude and desire to continually improve.
