Must have pleted Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This position requires a skilled Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support student behavioral interventions within an elementary school setting. The role is based in Waukegan, IL, and operates under a contract for the current school year (CSY).
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Collect accurate data on student progress and behavior.
- Use evidence-based techniques to promote positive behavior and learning outes.
- Collaborate with educators and therapists to support individualized student needs.
- Maintain professional documentation and municate effectively with the team.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
- Experience working with children, preferably in an educational environment.
- Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.
- Ability to follow detailed treatment plans and data collection procedures.
- Excellent munication and teamwork skills.
