Barista
Pie and Coffee, a joint venture between Hoosier Mama Pie Company and Dollop Coffee Company in Evanston is looking for an experienced barista. The ideal candidate is friendly, detail oriented and takes their craft seriously. Must be able to thrive in a high volume environment and still provide excellent customer service. Must have consistent latte art skills. Knowledge of coffee growing regions and flavor profiles a plus. Job entails being part of a team and working multiple stations including pie slinger and register. Previous food handling experience is a plus. Must have weekend availability. Should love pie! Tips consistently average an additional $12 to $13 per hour. Please email a resume and brief cover letter.
