OEM Territory Manager

The OEM Territory Manager will be responsible for managing specific relationships of OEM accounts within an assigned territory. You will represent the entire portfolio of offerings provided by various segments of the Buildings business unit.
The OEM Territory Manager will be accessible to a major airport and live within the following territory: ND, SD, NE, KS, MN, IA, MO, WI, IL, MI, IN, KY, TN.
As the OEM Territory Manager , you will:
- Increase market share and revenue growth within targeted and existing OEM accounts
- Be responsible for overall growth, retention, and strategic planning of all OEM accounts (existing and identified) within the assigned territory
- Define, develop, and execute strategic and daily management plans
- Identify and assess customer vision, mission, and strategy while collaboratively working internally to develop best-in-class supply proposals
- Coordinate and manage all sales and operational issues related to OEM accounts
- Establish and manage sales forecasts and funnels
- Manage proposal development, supply agreements, and pricing strategies
- Visit customer plants and office locations and work with internal product management to drive revenue growth
- Develop and maintain strong relations, at all levels, within the OEM accounts
- Develop and present sales reports and business plans
You will make an impact with these qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years OEM sales experience including 2+ years key account experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Successful track record in new account attainment and revenue growth within existing accounts
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including PowerPoint and Excel
- Must be able to travel up to 50% of the time
- Must be 21 years of age and possess a valid driver's license with limited violations; must meet eligibility requirements to participate in Siemens' fleet vehicle program
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications:
- Senior level sales and relationship building experience
- Experience working with HVAC manufacturers
- Experience in strategic selling
- Experience with analysis, planning, and forecasting
- Strong communication and presentation skills
