Job OverviewThis role leads a sales team focused on acquiring new mid-market customers and increasing revenue through wireless voice, data, and Internet of Things (IoT). It involves coaching and motivating the team to manage customer relationships and sales pipelines effectively in a dynamic environment. The role differentiates by leveraging advanced network technologies to provide innovative business solutions. Success is measured by team performance, revenue growth, and customer acquisition metrics. The work impacts organizational growth and customer satisfaction by delivering tailored wireless solutions to mid-market businesses.
Job Responsibilities :
- Lead and coach the sales team to build customer relationships and manage sales pipelines effectively to drive revenue growth
- Recruit, onboard, and develop sales professionals to maintain a high-performing team aligned with organizational values
- Stay informed on industry trends and product knowledge to support team learning and market responsiveness
- Foster collaboration across internal and external partners to enhance sales effectiveness and customer engagement
- Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
Education and Work Experience :
- Bachelor's Degree and 7 years of related work experience
OR a combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required) - Acceptable areas of study include Business, Sales, Marketing or related field (Preferred)
- 4-7 years Sales management (Preferred)
- 4-7 years Outside sales experience and a demonstrated history of sales achievements in a commissioned environment within the same company. (Preferred)
- 2-4 years Technology sales/Wireless industry (Preferred)

- Task Management Ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-changing environment that requires a high degree of multi-tasking, ensuring efficient handling of multiple tasks simultaneously. (Required)
- Customer Service Demonstrated experience delivering superior customer service and attention to detail, consistently meeting and exceeding customer expectations. (Required)
- Communication Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, enabling clear and effective interaction with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders. (Required)
- Negotiation Effective negotiating and closing skills, including strong communication, emotional intelligence, and problem-solving abilities to achieve favorable outcomes. (Required)
- Leadership Ability to inspire and guide a sales team, effectively communicate goals, make strategic decisions, and drive performance to achieve sales targets, fostering a positive and productive team environment. (Required)
- Sales Process Management Experience with funnel management and accurate forecasting, ensuring a streamlined sales process and reliable prediction of sales outcomes. (Required)

Total Target Cash Pay Range: $159,500 - $287,600, inclusive of target incentives Base Pay Range: $111,650 - $201,320 The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in this role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
