Quality Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive quality excellence by collaborating with various functional leads to ensure quality capabilities meet or exceed manufacturing requirements and standards.

• Guide engineers in responding effectively to customer feedback or Corrective Action Preventative Actions (CAPAs) and follow up with quality metrics set in the quality plan.

• Provide technical leadership to site operations by establishing the technology roadmap and working closely with corporate and regional technical teams for quality development and improvements.

• Lead operational product and process quality improvements using function-appropriate tools such as CAPAs or audits.

• Demonstrate core values and hold the team accountable, focusing on evaluating potential, driving succession planning, and ensuring employee development and coaching.

Essential Skills

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the related field or a Master's degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience.

This is a Permanent position based out of Wheeling, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $145000.00/yr.
