**Job Summary**
This position is responsible for planning and execution of the activities of a team of analysts that support Pharmacy Financial Performance management; leading initiatives to analyze complex business problems using data from internal and external sources; bringing expertise or identifying subject matter experts in support of multi-functional efforts to identify, interpret and produce data solutions and recommendations to execute on operational objectives; advising business by providing data-based strategic direction to identify and address business issues and opportunities; ensuring that policies and procedures align with corporate vision; selecting, developing and evaluating personnel ensuring efficient operation of the function.
**JOB REQUIREMENTS** **:**
+ Bachelor Degree in Math, Actuarial Science, Business Statistics, Accounting or Finance **OR** 4 years experience.
+ 5 years experience interfacing with external clients, large employers, brokers, or consultants **OR** 5 years experience in presenting analytic results to both internal and external audiences.
+ 5 years experience in requiring data analysis and information reporting related to healthcare data.
+ 2 years leadership experience.
+ Negotiation, decision-making, organizational, and analytical skills.
+ Verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
+ PC proficiency to include Access, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
**PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS** **:**
+ Experience designing and building data solutions within business intelligence and modern data architectures
+ Experience in Project Management.
+ Data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
+ Extensive experience utilizing Analytical/processing tools such as Dataiku or Alteryx

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.

$110,000.00 - $198,600.00
