Plant Maintenance Operations Lead (CMMS & 5S)

We’re looking for a hands-on leader who blends safety-first thinking, people development, and disciplined execution to keep our manufacturing operations running at their best.

What you’ll do

• Safety leadership: Own the Site Safety Program, ensure policy compliance, drive 5S, and champion employee safety and wellness through Beyond Zero initiatives.
• Strategy to action: Translate site and company strategic initiatives into daily priorities; support positive change and guide adoption of new processes and procedures.
• Culture carrier: Drive day-to-day execution using leadership competencies that reflect our ATS culture; demonstrate self-motivation and emotional intelligence.
• Talent growth: Manage performance, create development opportunities, and mentor through one-on-one coaching focused on career planning, training, and skill building.
• Operational system owner: Champion and embed the Operating System so it’s understood and consistently applied.
• Performance management: Partner with the Site Manager to measure/report maintenance KPIs, conduct root cause analyses, execute action items, and remove barriers for continuous improvement.
• Customer communication: Communicate and escalate priorities, issues, and equipment status to foster a strong, profitable relationship.
• Cost and schedule control: Help manage labor, overtime, and materials; authorize any overtime; review work orders for schedule adherence and correct gaps quickly.
• Team cadence: Lead and participate in team meetings as an influential facilitator.

What you’ll bring

• Associate’s degree (or equivalent) plus 3+ years in a related field; or an equivalent mix of education and experience
• Clear, confident communication—written and verbal
• Computer savvy with Microsoft apps, web tools, and CMMS platforms

Nice to have

• Business fundamentals: contracts, customer business understanding, negotiation, billing models, financial exposure, and relationship building
• Planner/scheduler background
