Home Care Aide
As a Caregiver here at Destiny, you will assist both a (FEMALE & MALE) resident with a variety of daily living activities in the comfort of their own homes - activities such as general housekeeping and laundry tasks; nutritious meal planning and preparation; and grocery shopping, to name a few. You will also provide something that is so important to everyone: companionship, which may be in the form of reading a book together, doing crafts, listening to music together, or just having a simple conversation. No experience is necessary but ideal candidates must have a heart for serving others, as well as a genuine interest in caring for elderly residents. Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 1pm-5pm Qualifications * Must be 18 years old * must pass background check * A reliable mode of transportation- own your own vehicle with insurance or reliable transportation to get to work. * reliability - Our clients are counting on YOU! * excellent attention to detail * can follow tasks, procedures, and assignments. * a friendly, caring, and compassionate attitude * MUST drive clients.
