Data Processing Clerk
LaSalle Network is seeking a Data Processing Clerk for a direct hire opportunity with a leading healthcare organization in Oak Brook, IL. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and enjoys keeping operations accurate, organized, and on track.
Key Details:
Compensation: $17–$20/hour
Location: Oak Brook, IL
Work Model: Fully onsite | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
What’s the job?
Maintain accurate and timely data entry for patient records
Follow established procedures and adapt quickly to process updates
Partner with team members to identify and resolve discrepancies
Support administrative tasks that help keep daily operations running smoothly
What’s needed?
1–2 years of data entry or administrative experience
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Dependable, self-motivated, and process-driven mindset
