Future Opening: Lawn Care Technician

Lawn Doctor is looking for individuals dedicated to providing high-quality, customer-focused lawn care services to join our team as Lawn Care Technicians. Our Lawn Care Technicians are customer-facing brand ambassadors. Our Lawn Care Technicians

• Fertilize lawns and apply other regulated pest control product to lawns, landscape beds, and trees and shrubs
• Aerate lawns
• Prepare and seed lawns
• Maintain the appearance of their assigned equipment and vehicles
• Interact respectfully and positively with customers, the public, and other Lawn Doctor technicians and employees
• Maintain necessary and proper communication with the office throughout the day
• Behave in a professional and courteous manner at all times
• Demonstrate honesty and integrity at all times

If you enjoy working outdoors; being out on your own with little direct supervision, and would like a chance to change the world one lawn at a time, we’d love to talk with you. Lawn Doctor believes that employees who are given a chance to grow professionally will in turn help to grow our business.

The ideal candidate for this position must be at least 21 years of age and have a strong work ethic, valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable transportation to work and good attendance record. Work experience in the lawn care industry is good but not necessary. He or she must:

• Be dependable, honest, and self-motivated
• Have good written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrate an enthusiasm for working outdoors and in various weather conditions
• Have an ability to operate machinery
• Have an ability to meet production goals
• Be able to lift in excess of 50 pounds
• Pass a drug test and background check.

We offer a competitive salary and benefits.

Compensation: Starting at $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
