Farmers Market Manager

The Market Manager at Daisies oversees all farmers market operations including staffing, scheduling, inventory, logistics, and sales while serving as the primary driver, pack-out lead, and on-site organizer for each market day. This role ensures full compliance with market requirements, maintains all equipment and documentation systems, and leads cash management, product pars, and post-market reporting.

The Market Manager hires and trains market staff, fosters strong relationships with market partners, and upholds Daisies’ standards of professionalism and hospitality.

Additionally, the position drives the development and execution of market-adjacent programs such as CSAs, seasonal offerings, and subscription models in the markets off season, ensuring smooth operations, consistent communication, and high-quality guest experiences across all market initiatives. Must have a valid drivers license and food handlers license.
