Main Location: Roanoke (135 W Madison St, Chicago, IL 60602), Travel between locations required (Most locations are located within walking distance of each other)

About the Role:
As a Sales Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in providing administrative support to the sales team, managing customer accounts, and ensuring communication flows efficiently between departments. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced office environment and has a strong knack for organization and communication. The ideal candidate has at least 1-3 year’s experience in Sales and a background in hospitality.

Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Director of Sales & Catering
• Assist with events and create contracts that adhere to company policy, including deposits, attendance guarantees, and F&B minimums
• Coordinate meetings, calls, and follow-ups between clients and the sales team
• Works with Director of Sales & Catering and GM to execute local store marketing plan
• Ensure timely and accurate communication between departments
• Attends marketing events and helps assist with in-house marketing events.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-3 year of experience in a sales office or administrative role
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Tripleseat knowledge is a plus
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude and professional demeanor

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• Occasional weekend (Saturday) for events
