Job Opening: Technical Lead Consultant

Location: Chicago, IL

Duration: 1 year

Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day production support
• Extract and analyze data from various systems to generate insightful reports for leadership
• Develop reporting and analytics tools to support finance processes
• Update system configurations for business changes
• Maintain and develop user reports and input schedules
• Troubleshoot system issues
• Document procedures and policies to improve efficiency
• Provide user training and develop self-help guides
• Lead process, reporting, and analytical improvements
• Utilize technology to enhance FP&A processes and reporting
• Coordinate with business groups to implement system updates
• Perform ad-hoc analysis

Qualifications:

• Strong database and systems administration skills for data warehouse and transactional systems
• Experience in Business Analytics/BI with understanding of data flow and Lead-to-Cash cycle
• Experience designing testing plans and conducting user acceptance testing
• Ability to produce high-quality deliverables with attention to detail
• Must have Just Enough ERP experience
• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
• 5+ years of MIS experience, focusing on Finance ERP systems
