Location: This role is fully onsite in our Hanover Park, IL office.

Shift: Sunday - Thursday 10:30 pm - 7 pm

Salary: $23.58 an hour

About the role

As the Security Representative I, you will be the guardian of all things precious - from company premises to the incredible people that make Insight great. You'll be tasked with the thrilling responsibility of foiling all criminal activity. You'll be part of the company's compliance dream team, ensuring that all health and safety policies are up-to-date, while keeping up with the latest industry standards. • Responsible for ensuring safety and security through monitoring, inspections and reporting of any suspicious activity.
• Responsible for maintaining daily logs, handling phone calls and securing buildings.
• Fulfills requests for escorts, follows emergency procedures and performs safety inspections.

What we’re looking for

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• At least 1-2 years of security experience, and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Military and/or Law Enforcement experience preferred but not required.
• A demonstrated understanding of computers, electronic equipment, and security systems.
