You will be a crucial member of the team, championing the first and last impressions of every interaction within the clinic.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Own the first and last impression of every patient, ensuring a warm, welcoming, and professional environment.
- Manage patient calls, appointments, and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Handle scheduling, billing, and administrative tasks seamlessly, adapting to patient needs without the need for escalation.
- Coach and elevate your team's performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance patient experiences.
- Maintain meticulous records of patient interactions, treatments, and transactions.
- Lead the enhancement of the patient referral "ask rate" through effective communication and patient relations strategies.
- Turn nervous or hesitant patients into Dental Club advocates by addressing their concerns with compassion and professionalism.
- Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on the latest dental practices and administrative procedures.
- Utilize dental software for various administrative tasks, maintaining accuracy and safeguarding patient privacy.
- Engage with the team to foster an environment of professional growth and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a dental receptionist or similar role, demonstrating a thorough understanding of dental office procedures and patient care.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and team members.
- Ability to manage various administrative tasks simultaneously with high precision and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the capability to initiate process improvements.
- Commitment to professional development and continual learning within the dental health field.
- Experience with dental billing software and proficient in office technology relevant to appointment scheduling and recording keeping.
