Warehouse Lead/ Associate

Job Responsibilities:

• Minimum of 3 years’ warehouse experience or 2 years within organization is required.
• Knowledge and experience in Warehouse Management System is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and ERP Platform environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of Office Products is preferred. Knowledge of MS Office is preferred.
• Must possess current Forklift Certification.
• Must have adequate reading and math skills, and ability to write legibly
• Must be physically able to perform assigned tasks including walking, standing, bending, and reaching for extended periods of time and ability to lift 100lbs. Strong Communication Skills.
• Must have ability to listen and give direction.
• Must have leadership skills to develop team that will accomplish goals.
• Typically, a warehouse environment with adequate lighting and ventilation, and a normal range of temperature and noise level.
• Work assignments are diversified. Interpret, comprehend and apply complex material, data and instruction – prepare, provide and convey diversified information.
• Working conditions regularly expose individuals to conditions that could result in minor cuts and burns.
• There is frequent exposure to chemical solvents and cleaners. Physical effort is required in the lifting of tool cases, and assorted equipment weighing up to 75 pounds, as well as the ability to move objects on wheels that may weigh up to 700 pounds.
• Frequent stooping, bending, squatting and kneeling are required to service equipment at floor level.

Education/Experience:
