Bilingual Licensed Insurance Sales - Polish
Agata Bielski - State Farm Agency, located in Arlington Heights, IL has an immediate opening for a full-time Bilingual (Polish/English) Licensed Insurance Sales Professional. If you have experience in the insurance industry, and meet the following criteria:
1. Are bilingual; fluent in both Polish and English
2. Have an active Property and Casualty insurance license
3. Have an active Life and Health insurance license
3. Are able to commute to our office location in Arlington Heights, IL (this is an inhouse position).

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
What we provide:
Hourly pay $20 - $23/hour, Plus Commission, Plus Bonus (Potential yearly income 80,000 to 150,000)

Requirements:
- Bilingual (Polish/English)
- Insurance Sales Experience/ Property & Casualty and L/H licenses preferred
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
- Self-motivated
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to effectively relate to a customer
- Property & Casualty license
- Life & Health license
