Recruiting Coordinator
- Manage internal promotions and lateral moves, ensuring smooth transitions and timely communication.
- Handle part-time hiring, contractor conversions, and agency-sourced offers.
- Review and follow up on referrals missed in the system.
- Maintain and manage the TA inbox.
- Process approximately 9–10 promotions per week in a high-volume environment.
- Support future TA projects, including branding and training initiatives.
- Collaborate with RPO partners on hourly requisitions as needed.
- Utilize Oracle ATS to track and manage candidates (experience preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR coordination, preferably in large organizations (1,000+ employees).
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Quick learner, able to hit the ground running.
- Experience with Oracle ATS is a plus.
- Dynamic and collaborative team environment.
