Licensed Insurance Sales Representative - State Farm Agency
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Representative to join our dynamic State Farm Agency. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, assessing their insurance needs, and offering tailored insurance solutions to meet their goals. Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Prospect and generate leads through existing customer base, networking, referrals, cold calling, and other lead generation strategies to build a robust client pipeline.
- Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their financial goals, family circumstances, and insurance needs.
- Product Presentation: Educate clients on various insurance products (auto, home, life, etc.) and recommend solutions that align with their objectives.
- Sales Execution: Close sales by effectively addressing client concerns, overcoming objections, and finalizing insurance applications.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, policy retention, and opportunities for cross-selling or referrals.
- Compliance: Ensure all sales activities adhere to state insurance regulations, company policies, and ethical standards.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field preferred.
- Experience: Previous State Farm sales experience required.
- Licensing: Must hold a valid Property & Casualty License (Life and Health Insurance license will be required to get after you are hired if you do not already have)
Skills:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with clients.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and ability to work independently.
- Basic understanding of financial planning and insurance products (training provided).
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
