Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled and professional Plumbing Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you’ll handle a variety of plumbing services while focusing on diagnosing issues and selling effective solutions to homeowners. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine plumbing maintenance and inspections in residential properties
• Check, service, and maintain water heaters.
• Assist with sewer maintenance, including sewer camera inspections. (where required).
• Identify plumbing issues early and recommend appropriate solutions or upgrades.
• Educate homeowners on maintenance needs and service options.
• Provide excellent customer service while representing the company professionally.
• Support basic sales activities by identifying service and repair opportunities
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of residential plumbing experience, preferably in service or maintenance.
  
  
• Experience in sewer or plumbing sales is a plus .
  
  
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  
  
• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Willingness to learn, upsell services ethically, and grow within the role
  
  
  
  

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong understanding of residential plumbing systems and maintenance procedures
• Proficiency in using plumbing tools and diagnostic equipment (including sewer cameras)
• Demonstrated sales ability — experience closing service-based sales is required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with homeowners
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Professional appearance, reliability, and customer-first attitude
