Contract Recruiter
- Own full-cycle recruiting for Mid-Senior and Director-level and above roles across HR, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, IT and Engineering
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, aligning hiring strategies with business goals
- Proactively source and engage executive-level talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools
- Manage interviews, candidate evaluations and stakeholder communication
- Lead offer strategy, compensation discussions and candidate close
- Deliver market insights, pipeline updates and recruiting metrics
- Maintain an exceptional candidate experience across multiple high-priority searches
- 5+ years of recruiting experience, including Director-level or executive searches
- Experience supporting corporate functions; manufacturing or industrial experience preferred
- Proven ability to influence and partner with senior-level stakeholders
- Strong sourcing, ATS and candidate management skills
- Ability to work fully onsite in the West Loop
- Competitive hourly rate of $40–$45/hour
