Membership Sales Advisor

We're looking for a passionate and personable Membership Sales Advisor to join our team and help grow our community! Position Overview As a Membership Sales Advisor, you will play a critical role in promoting the benefits of Anytime Fitness memberships, engaging with potential and existing members, and delivering exceptional customer service. This position is ideal for someone who is outgoing, goal-driven, and loves building relationships in a community-centered environment. Key Responsibilities

• Membership Sales: Engage with prospective members, conduct tours of the gym, and provide information on membership options, services, and promotions.
• Customer Service: Offer exceptional support to both current and potential members by answering questions, addressing concerns, and providing assistance with membership details.
• Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with members to encourage retention and referrals through positive interactions and follow-ups.
• Community Engagement: Promote the gym's values of inclusivity and a non-intimidating atmosphere by fostering a welcoming environment for all.
• Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets through membership sign-ups and renewals.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or fitness-related roles is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Passion for health, fitness, and helping others reach their goals
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Positive, friendly, and approachable attitude
• Bilingual English-Spanish strongly preferred
