Gallatin Manor Nursing & Rehabilitation is hiring for our Paid CNA Training Program , designed for individuals who want to become Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) . No healthcare experience is required-just a positive attitude, reliability, and a desire to care for others.
This program combines classroom instruction with supervised clinical training, giving you the knowledge and hands-on experience needed to begin a rewarding career in long-term care.
What We Offer- No cost to participate in the training program
- Paid clinical training at $15.50 per hour
- Approximately 40 hours per week during training
- Hands-on experience in a skilled nursing facility
- Support from experienced nursing professionals throughout the program
Participants who successfully complete the program and obtain State CNA certification may be offered a full-time Certified Nursing Assistant position at Gallatin Manor Nursing & Rehabilitation.
Starting CNA pay: $19.50 per hour
