What We’re Looking For

We want a technician who can diagnose efficiently, work independently, and produce quality repairs without constant supervision.

Ideal Candidate

• Strong experience in diagnostics, repair, and maintenance
• Able to handle brakes, suspension, steering, engine repair, electrical, and drivability
• Comfortable using scan tools and modern diagnostic equipment
• Shows up on time, communicates well, and works like a pro
• ASE certifications are a plus
• Valid driver’s license required

Responsibilities

• Diagnose vehicle concerns accurately and efficiently
• Perform repairs according to manufacturer and shop standards
• Complete inspections and recommend needed services honestly
• Keep repair orders clear and well documented
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Collaborate with team members in a professional and accountable setting, while supporting the development of junior technicians.

Pay

$25–$65/hour (Experience/Productivity Based Pay)

Schedule

Full-Time
Monday–Friday / 8:15-5:30
