- Willingness to stay updated on the latest Salesforce trends and best practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Consulting experience (preferred)
- Ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to various stakeholders
- Experience with Agile methodologies (preferred)
