We purchase used devices, bring them to our facility to be cleaned and refurbished, then give them a second life by selling them to consumers at a great price. The Role
The Operations Supervisor will oversee daily operations, manage staff performance, and ensure processes run smoothly and efficiently. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily operational activities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of employees
- Monitor productivity and implement process improvements
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and procedures
- Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports
- Resolve operational issues and escalate when necessary
- Collaborate with other departments to meet company goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field (preferred)
- 3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or operational software systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
