Your Role:

• Provide responsive, nurturing care for infants.
• Support early developmental milestones through intentional interactions.
• Maintain consistent routines that promote security and trust.
• Create a calm, clean, and organized infant environment.
• Partner professionally with families.
• Follow health, safety, and licensing standards with care and consistency.

You’re a Great Fit If You Have:

• CDA or college coursework (6 ECE credit hours).
• Experience working with infants preferred.
• Knowledge of infant development and responsive caregiving.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A calm, patient, and professional approach to caregiving.

Pay: $18-$22/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday
