About the Role:

• Location: Crown Point and Michigan City, IN. Role Covers time at both places. Both are less than 1hr from Chicago!
• Seeking a full-time Board Certified Cardiologist who specializes in Electrophysiology to join us Interested candidate will join a talented and extensive cardiology team.
• Split time between Michigan City and Crown Point
• Inpatient call coverage 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m. 1 week every 3 weeks
• Weekend call: 1:3
• Average clinic volume: 15 - 20 patients per day
• Average inpatient volume: 5 patients per day
• Common procedures:
• Permanent Pacemaker implants
• Pacemaker Lead extractions
• Leadless Pacemaker implants
• ICD implants
• Left Atrial Appendage Closure
• Ablations: Atrial Fibrillation, Atrial Flutter, SVT, VT Cryoablation
• Convergent procedures in collaboration with cardiovascular surgeons

Candidate Background:

• Board Eligible / Board Certified Cardiology and Electrophysiology
• Ability to hold Indiana state license
