Remote Customer Success Associate

In this role, you’ll connect with individuals who have requested information about available benefits . You’ll guide them through their options, answer questions, and create a smooth, professional experience from start to finish.

What You’ll Be Doing
Meet with clients virtually using Zoom
Understand needs and explain available programs clearly
Guide clients through the enrollment process
Maintain simple digital records and follow-ups
Provide ongoing support to ensure a positive experience
Participate in training and team development sessions
