Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer
OverviewA growing technology company is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to help build and scale web-based applications. This role will contribute across both frontend and backend systems, delivering high-quality, scalable software solutions. The ideal candidate is a senior-level engineer who can operate across the stack and contribute immediately in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain web applications across frontend and backend systems
Build scalable backend services and APIs
Develop responsive and performant frontend interfaces
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features
Participate in architectural discussions and technical decision-making
Contribute to code reviews and engineering best practices
Mentor junior engineers as needed
Required Qualifications
Experience as a Full-Stack Software Engineer
Strong proficiency in JavaScript and modern frameworks (React preferred)
Experience with backend technologies such as Go, PHP, or similar languages
Ability to design and build scalable systems
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience leading or mentoring engineers
Experience with modern web architecture and APIs
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines or DevOps practices
Experience in high-growth or startup environments
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $150,000-160,000 base salary
