Are you a CDL-A driver looking for an exciting OTR role with great pay and top-notch equipment? Home Time: Typically, drivers are out for 1-2 weeks depending on location and freight. While we aim for weekly home time, some 2-week periods may occur. Our schedule runs from Monday to Saturday, with a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is well-maintained and under three years old, featuring Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. All trucks come equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems, allowing drivers to take their trucks and trailers home with secured parking responsibility.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads are 100% no-touch, primarily consisting of automotive loads, with 70% drop and hook operations to minimize dock waiting times.

Pay and Miles: Earn an average of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 weekly based on your hiring location, with weekly mileage between 2,500-2,800 miles. The base rate is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles each month.

Running Area: Our routes are primarily east of I-35, with dedicated drivers having the potential to drive up to 3,000 miles per week. We maintain consistent freight lanes for reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance begins on the first of the month following 60 days of employment. Additional benefits include vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. After 90 days, drivers become eligible for dedicated accounts.
