Process Expert

Akkodis is seeking a Process Expert for a Contract with a client in Chicago, IL(Remote). This role drives operational efficiency by conducting assessments, developing strategies, and leading cross‑functional process optimization initiatives .

Rate Range: $41/hour to $56/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Process Expert job responsibilities include:

• Conduct end‑to‑end process assessments to identify inefficiencies, cost drivers, and cycle‑time reduction opportunities.

• Develop and implement Lean, Six Sigma, and BPM‑based strategies to drive operational transformation and improve business efficiency.

• Use data and analytics tools (Power BI, Power Query, VBA) to analyze process performance and support optimization initiatives.

• Lead process improvement projects, managing timelines, deliverables, and cross‑functional collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.

• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to gather requirements, validate solutions, and ensure successful implementation of improvements.

• Create detailed process maps, document future‑state designs, and present insights and recommendations to leadership to influence decision‑making.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Operations, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).

• 8–10 years of experience in Process Engineering, Business Process Excellence, or Operational Improvement roles.

• Six Sigma Certification (Green, Yellow, or Black Belt) with the ability to demonstrate successful process implementations.

• Proven experience leading Lean/Six Sigma process improvement initiatives and collaborating with cross‑functional business and technology teams.

Pay Details: $41.00 to $56.00 per hour
