Data Entry Specialist
We are seeking Data Entry Specialists to support a large‑scale Workforce Management system migration. The organization is transitioning employee scheduling data from Legion to Harri , both of which are used by restaurant managers to build weekly schedules, track staff availability, and manage PTO requests.
Because the migration cannot be automated, the team needs detail‑oriented individuals to accurately transfer employee information from the legacy system into the new platform. This project supports approximately 102 restaurant locations , making accuracy, reliability, and efficiency essential.
Responsibilities
- Enter employee schedule, availability, and PTO data from one system into another with high accuracy.
- Review existing workforce records to ensure clean and complete data before transfer.
- Follow clear guidelines and training to ensure consistent data standards.
- Work efficiently to support a time‑sensitive, high‑volume migration project.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr.
