Senior Car Wash Attendant - Full-Time Only

• Compensation of $22-$23/hour depending on experience. Get paid weekly!
• Manager that genuinely cares about you, and is committed to your development.
• Scheduled days are limited to 5 days per week. Consistent weekly schedule of 40 hours!
• No previous car wash experience is needed – we provide on-the-job training for all Team Members.
• We have developed a clear path for motivated Team Members to grow from Senior Attendant to Site Manager with salary, health benefits, and paid time off!
• All of our Team Members wash their cars for FREE!

Responsibilities:

• Providing superior customer service with a friendly, energetic attitude.
• Maintaining an incredibly welcoming facility, including general cleaning and organizing.
• Assisting customers with their selection and purchase at the pay stations.
• Safely loading vehicles onto the tunnel conveyer system.
• Assisting customers with their club membership at the POS computer system.
• Performing routine maintenance and repairs.

Requirements:

• Must have an outstanding work ethic, be teachable and coachable, be a contributing team member, and be willing to execute at a high standard, the Swift Wash way.
• Must be available to work any shift on any day of the week and select holidays.
• Ability to frequently use general maintenance tools, supplies, and equipment such as, but not limited to, pressure washers, lawn care equipment, snow and ice removal equipment, ladders, hand tools, etc.
• Ability to frequently handle and use chemicals and general cleaning supplies.
• Ability to frequently stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, and climb (ladders, etc.).
• Ability to work in variable weather conditions and in a loud environment.
• Minimum of 5 consistent years of employment. Leadership roles preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be a US citizen or have valid work authorization.
