Join our dynamic team at Jaguar Land Rover of Naperville as a Product Specialist, where you will be the key point of contact between our brand and customers. In this role, you will use your product knowledge to assist customers in selecting vehicles that perfectly match their needs and preferences, ensuring an exceptional buying experience.

• Provide expert knowledge of Jaguar and Land Rover vehicles and features.
• Assist customers throughout the buying process, addressing questions and concerns.
• Conduct product demonstrations and test drives.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed dealership goals.
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and product updates.
• Maintain excellent customer relationships to encourage repeat and referral business.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for automobiles and a solid understanding of vehicle features.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Reliable and punctual with strong organizational skills.
• Previous automotive sales or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Must be located in or willing to commute to Naperville, IL.

• Competitive hourly wage of $17.00, paid weekly plus BONUS opportunities.
